The federal state of Schleswig-Holstein is a core region for milk production in Germany. These are ideal conditions for investing in a new milk drying plant located directly in the region. The opening of the MTW Milk Drying Plant North Germany at the Neumünster site in 2014 not only created a future-proof perspective for many dairy farmers from the surrounding area, but also more than 50 highly qualified jobs and apprenticeships until today. 

The MTW is one of the largest milk drying plants in Europe and is equipped with the latest technologies for milk processing and drying. In the areas of production, laboratory, quality assurance, storage, technology and maintenance, our employees are confronted with a wide range of tasks on a daily basis and make a decisive contribution to the success of the company through their commitment. This enables us to continue to invest in the further expansion of the plant and secure jobs in the future.

Despite the ultra-modern production environment, the working atmosphere is characterized by very personal interaction and flat hierarchies.
